These General Conditions of Sale (in the sequel, General conditions) have as their object the regulation of the purchase of Services and Products, done remotely, via computer network from the website "3D PRINTING ONLINE SERVICES” reachable at the web address: https://www.stampa3dservizi.com.

The owner of the site itself is the company: ElettronicaNetwork by Licciardò Maurizio with registered office in Via delle Gardenie, 76 – 09045 Quartu Sant'Elena (Cagliari), Tel. 070 810664 – 333 7602601

Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

All orders for Services and Products placed through "3D PRINTING SERVICES" (in the sequel, the Purchase Agreements) by the users who access it (in the sequel, customers) are governed by these General Conditions as well as by the Consumer Code (D.lgs. nr. 206/2005), section II Distance contracts (articles. 50 – 67) and e-commerce regulations (D.lgs. 70/2003).

With the conclusion of the Purchase Agreements, according to procedure, the Customer accepts and undertakes to observe these General Conditions. The client, therefore, is invited to read carefully, before carrying out any purchase operation, these General Conditions e, once the purchase procedure envisaged by the Site has been completed, to print them or in any case to keep them, according to your preferred methods.

ElettronicaNetwork may modify, at any time and without notice, the content of the General Conditions, the General Conditions published on the Website at the time the Customer sends the purchase order will apply to the Purchase Agreements.

Products

"3D PRINTING SERVICES" is a telematic site for the sale of various categories of high-tech electronic products and in particular of anti-intrusion systems, for video surveillance, informatica, computer, telephony and special instruments for detecting radioactivity of its own production. Other product categories may be added to the website in the future without necessarily being mentioned here

All the Products offered are illustrated in detail on the respective pages of the Site, within their respective sections, separated by Product categories. The visual representation of the Products on the Site, where available, normally corresponds to the photographic image of the Products themselves and has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale, without any warranties or guarantees, by ElettronicaNetwork, about the exact correspondence of the image depicted on the Site with the real Product; and that, with particular regard to its actual dimensions and/or the chromatic aspects of the Products and/or packaging. In case of difference between the image and the written product sheet, the description of the product sheet always prevails.

Purchase procedure

The Customer can purchase the Products in the "3D PRINTING SERVICES" electronic catalog online, which are illustrated in detail by selecting them from the home page of the Site itself by "navigating" within the respective sections by product category, as described in the relevant information sheets, respecting the technical access procedures illustrated therein.

The publication of the Products displayed on the Site constitutes an invitation to the Customer to formulate a contractual purchase proposal. The order sent by the Customer has the value of a contractual proposal and implies complete knowledge and full acceptance of these General Conditions

Correct receipt of the Customer's proposal is confirmed by ElettronicaNetwork S.r.l. by means of an automatic reply sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer and only confirms the correct receipt of the proposal within the information systems. This confirmation message will indicate a “Order number”, to be used in any subsequent communication with ElettronicaNet. The message will repeat, in addition to the information required by law, all data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections. Possible increases in expenses caused by errors in data not reported in a timely manner,will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Each order can be viewed by the Customer on the Site, in your personal area who also has the right to cancel it within 12 hours from the moment you forwarded it, provided that the goods have not already been shipped in the meantime,. To request cancellation, the customer must make a written request via email to ElettronicaNetwork by calling the customer service numbers. 070 810664 / 333 7602601.

In case of cancellation of the order by the Customer If the goods have not yet been shipped, payments by credit card and PayPal will be fully credited to the customer's credit card. Instead, in case of payment by bank transfer, the re-credit commissions will be charged to the same customer

It may be possible that there may be occasional unavailability of the Products offered, then, if the Products chosen by the Customer are not, fully or partially available, the order will be sent with the products available after having sent notice to the Customer regarding the unavailable products.

ElettronicaNetwork has the right to accept or not, at your own discretion, the order sent by the Customer, without the latter being able to make claims or rights of any kind, in any capacity, also compensatory, in case of non-acceptance of the order itself. In particular, ElettronicaNet S.r.l. reserves the right not to accept purchase proposals and cancel orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or if, even following a comparison with the circuit that manages credit card payments, anomalies arise in the transactions and in the means of payment used by the Customer.

The confirmation of the order sent by the customer through the site: “3D PRINTING SERVICES” and the availability of the ordered goods will be notified via email to the Customer by ElettronicaNetwork within 1 working day of electronic receipt of the same.

Delivery costs are adequately highlighted at the time of the order. The cost of each shipment, the amount of which may vary according to the delivery and payment method as well as the destination and the total weight of the goods and the total amount of the order.

Shipping methods and delivery costs

ElettronicaNetwork generally delivers the orders by its own courier throughout the Italian territory with rare but possible exceptions and the delivery will take place without an appointment.

ElettronicaNetwork issues a regular invoice for the purchased Products, when the products have been paid for by the customer in the various accepted ways, or bank transfer, credit card and cash, For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer is valid. No change in data will be possible after the invoice has been issued.

No liability, in any capacity, may be charged by the Customer to ElettronicaNetwork in the event of a delay in delivery by the courier of the Products duly shipped and covered by the Purchase Agreements The Products ordered will be sent to the postal address specified by the Customer and deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays.

Delivery is considered completed when the Product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form. In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery the following day.

In case of impossibility to carry out the delivery even on the following day due to the absence of the recipient, Customer Service will attempt to contact the Customer to schedule a new delivery. In the event that Customer Service is unable to contact the Customer for the following 3 days or in the event of further impossibility of delivery due to prolonged absence of the recipient, the Products covered by the order will be returned to ElettronicaNetwork which will charge the customer for the costs of storage of the courier and for any return of the goods.

Upon delivery of the Products by the courier appointed by ElettronicaNetwork, the Customer is required to scrupulously check:

  • 1 That the package is intact and the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered
  • 2 That the number of pieces delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document

Any damage to the packaging and Products or the mismatch in the number of pieces/packages or indications must be immediately reported by the Customer, who can contact ElettronicaNetwork through the Customer Service specifying the order for which such problems have occurred.

Cases of force majeure, unavailability of means of transport, as well as unforeseeable or unavoidable events that cause a delay in deliveries or make deliveries difficult or impossible or cause a significant increase in the cost of delivery to be borne by ElettronicaNetwork will entitle the same to split, postpone or cancel, in whole or in part, expected delivery or to terminate the Purchase Agreement. In such cases it will be the responsibility of ElettronicaNetwork to provide timely and adequate communication of its decisions to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer and the latter will be entitled to a refund of any price already paid, any further claims are excluded, in any capacity, against ElettronicaNetwork.

Mode’ of payment

ATTENTION: Before making any type of payment, the customer is required to contact the ElettronicaNetwork sales office on 070 810664 / 333 760201 to make sure of the availability of the ordered product and the expected times for its shipment by courier.

For insignificant amounts (within 500 Euros), the customer will be enabled to pay for the Products purchased with his credit card on Paypal or from his PayPal account, if any, which is the well-known eBay group company, and offers a fast and secure payment system. In the case of higher amounts, the default payment method is bank transfer.

When payment by bank transfer is foreseen, ElettronicaNetwork will communicate its IBAN to the customer's e-mail address so that the customer can proceed with the payment of the order.

When payment by Cash on Delivery is envisaged, the customer can pay in cash directly to the courier who will deliver the ordered Products. The courier will not deliver the Products if he does not receive the requested amount.

It is warned that, in compliance with current legislation on anti-money laundering, cash on delivery will be possible only for amounts lower than €. 1000 (Mille).

In some cases, ElettronicaNetwork may ask the customer for the advance payment of a deposit to be established, or even the advance payment of the entire supply in a single solution, in particular for orders concerning goods available or produced only to order , and in general for all supplies of significant amounts. The contexts in which the payment of a deposit or an advance balance may be required, and the same percentage of the down payment, will be established arbitrarily by ElettronicaNet S.r.l.

Application of the Guarantee:

The statutory warranty only covers manufacturing defects, for private individuals the minimum duration required by law is 2 years (2) or even more where it is specified otherwise. For companies or professionals, who buy with a VAT number, as required by Italian legislation, the guarantee by law is instead equal to (1) only one year.

The warranty may automatically and immediately expire, if the buyer uses the product in a way that does not conform to the use for which it was built, and therefore if it does not scrupulously comply with the specifications declared by the manufacturer and/or by ElettronicaNetwork.

The warranty period, begins on the date of purchase of the product. the purchase must be duly documented by the customer with the presentation of the purchase invoice at the time in which he intends to make use of the guarantee..

the warranty does not cover any call rights, therefore in the case of the request for an intervention at home (where possible for logistical reasons) which amount to a one-off payment of 50 Euros + VAT

The products to be repaired that are still under warranty can be delivered by hand by the customer or sent carriage free after completing the online RETURNS form. therefore ElettronicaNetwork will verify the conformity of the request and in case of a positive result will authorize the return also assigning it an RMA number, which must be clearly specified by the customer on the label affixed to the package containing the product to be shipped. The shipment must also contain a copy of the sales invoice and will be sent to the operational headquarters of our company. Or in via Ludovico Ariosto, 30 – 09129 Cagliari – possible delivery times from 4pm.00 at 8pm.00, from Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.

In the case of obsolete items, discontinued and/or unrepairable, the defective product will be replaced automatically without any additional costs for the customer (free of charge), with a similar device, having commercial value and/or similar or even superior characteristics, compared to the original product.

Transport costs incurred by the customer for forwarding the goods under warranty for repair, are always to be considered entirely borne by the same, the customer also assumes full responsibility for the possible risk of damage or loss of the goods during transport.

Withdrawal, right of withdrawal and refunds

As required by the Legislative Decree LEGISLATIVE DECREE of 21 February 2014, n. 21 Implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, amending Directives 93/13/EEC and 1999/44/EC and repealing Directives 85/577/EEC and 97/7/EC. (14G00033) (GU General Series n.58 of 11-3-2014). , the client, that is a natural person who makes a purchase for purposes that can be considered unrelated to his professional activity, may express the right to reconsider the purchase made within the limits and in the manner provided for by the aforementioned law

THE CUSTOMER ONCE THE GOODS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AND VIEWED, has the right to withdraw from the contract. The customer who intends to use the “right of withdrawal” must send within 14 days. For the application of the right of withdrawal, the integrity of the products is an essential condition. The will’ to withdraw must be expressed by the customer within a time limit of 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.

The goods must also be returned within 10 days. from the confirmation of receipt of the same registered letter with prior authorization from ElettronicaNetwork that the. customer must request in writing by completing the online form for RETURNS

Shipping costs for sending, those for returning the goods, and any others related to the customization and/or final assembly of the products together with the customer's order, however, they remain the responsibility of the customer. The sums due will be returned to the customer by ElettronicaNetwork by crediting the Paypal account or credit card if the payment for the order was made with the intermediation of Paypal, or by bank transfer. The refund will be forwarded to the customer within 14 calendar days of receiving the withdrawal notification letter.

5) Reintegration of sums advanced on orders for unavailable goods

On orders for goods that have not yet been processed and/or for goods that are not available, in this case if after a maximum of 30 working days, unless special agreements, it is not yet possible to ship the goods in order, the sale will be automatically cancelled, and the customer will be fully reimbursed within 14 calendar days of all sums already advanced if paid by bank transfer or postal order

ElettronicaNetwork reserves the right to be able to unilaterally cancel the order or

we reserve our. unquestionable decision to be able to cancel unilaterally and at any time, any type of order that may reach us, in this case we will send a prompt written communication to the customer, acknowledging the full refund of any sums of money already paid by the same as a down payment or advance balance.

Communications and Complaints

All communications or any complaints from the Customer towards ElettronicaNetwork in relation to the Purchase Agreements, must be communicated by email or via the appropriate contact form on the website.

Intellectual Property Rights

All brands (registered and not), as well as any and all intellectual work, distinctive sign or denomination, image, photography, written or graphic text and more generally. any other intangible asset protected by international laws and conventions on intellectual property and industrial property, reproduced on the Site remain the exclusive property of ElettronicaNetwork and/or its assignors, without the Customer deriving any right over the same from access to the Site and/or from the Stipulation of the Purchase Agreements.

Any use, even only partial, of the same is prohibited without the prior written authorization of ElettronicaNetwork and/or its assignors, for which they are reserved, exclusively, all related rights.

competent forum

Any disputes relating to the interpretation and execution of the contracts stipulated in compliance with these general conditions will be resolved before the competent Judicial Authority on the basis of the applicable legislation, in the case of "consumer" customers, while for "professional" customers the competent court will be Cagliari.
